Zeus is still very timid and shy, fearful of everything new – and EVERYTHING is new to him! He’s starting to want to be pet but still needs much time to adjust to his new life outside of the laboratory. 

We took in Zeus, along with five other beagle boys, from an animal testing laboratory here in the United States just a little over a week ago.

Zeus is three years old and has spent his life so far living in a cage in a laboratory. He knows nothing about living outside of a cage, nothing about living in a home with a family, going for walks, or playing with toys.
