Rescuing animals from laboratories isn’t a one-time effort and it’s not cheap.
Every animal we save from a research facility needs:

🐾 Immediate veterinary exams, vaccinations, and often life-saving treatments
🐾 Spay/neuter surgeries to ensure a healthier future
🐾 Weeks and even months of rehabilitation before they’re ready for adoption
By the time a single animal is curled up on a couch instead of subsisting in a cage,
we’ve often invested hundreds–even thousands–of dollars in their care.
And that’s before we factor in the next animals waiting for rescue.

Champions of Rescue
Rescue Paladin
We are always looking for champions of our mission
of rescuing animals from laboratory testing facilities
to help fund our rescues.
We often travel long distances to transport them home,
incurring all costs associated with the release from the laboratory,
before the veterinary care even begins.
We will not say no when a laboratory agrees to release animals to us,
no matter how many survivors, no matter how far.
Often, we get the green light out of the blue and the rescue becomes urgent.
