This handsome boy is being fostered along with Murdoch, one of the other beagle boys from this 12-beagle rescue, out in Tucson, Arizona.

Foster mom tells us Poirot is still shy and a little reserved – unless there is food involved!  Both boys are working on their dinner manners and housetraining and settling in beautifully with the resident dogs.

Like all of these fellas just released from a laboratory testing facility, Poirot’s personality will emerge over time. He is already friendly and sweet and will be a wonderful companion for the right family.

Poirot was rescued, along with 11 other beagles, from an animal testing laboratory.

Until now, he’s known only a cage and the inside of a laboratory as his whole world. 

Things are about to get so much better for Poirot!
